Entries open on the 4th May 2025 (The birthday of Alice from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland). Entries close on 1st September 2025. The Awards will be held on the 28th September 2025 at Newby Hall near Ripon, North Yorkshire.
Please note: no jars will be returned.
If sending jars from abroad, please note you are responsible for charges incurred by any import duties. List your entries as ‘Samples’ on all legal documentation.
Entry fee includes FREE admission to Newby Hall gardens on the day of the event (saving the usual adult admission price of £19.80). Entrants can also purchase extra garden admission tickets for a discounted rate of £10.
The overall winner from commercial entrants will also have the opportunity to sell their preserves in Newby Hall Shop for one year.
